Mrs. Tru eax has a son, Oliver (Bill), liv ing at Longview. The Pedee Memorial EUB church gave a farewell party for Mrs. Trueax and the Burris fam ily at the R. J. Smith home, and the group presented them with a picture, "Christ at the Door.! Mr. and Mrs. Jones ( the former Alberta Burbank) and family plan to move here soon. Statesman News Serriee PEDEE Rally Day was observ ed by the Pedee Memorial EUB church on Sunday with a program by ' the children of the Sunday school and a covered dish dinner following the morning church ser vice, with, about 60 persons pre sent. ' ,1 Saturday was work day on the new church they are building and 18 persons were out for the day. Mrs. Mollie Lacey,, 81, who now lives near Monmouth, was pre sent Sunday; being the oldest member of that church.
