A group of friends and re latives called to honor Mrs. Rossi ter, who will be remembered as Caroline Siegmund. Mrs. Rossiter was born on Val entine's Day in Russell, Sheboy gan County, Wisconsin. She came to Oregon with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Siegmund, in 1873 and moved to Stayton in 1874, where she had resided nearby ever since. Arneson, presi dent of District 3, Oregon State Nurses Association, has announc ed her committee chairmen and members for the 1954 conven tion to be held in Salem October 26-28. The conveption will also mark the 50th anniversary of the Oregon State Nurses Association.
