Leslie WSCS to Meet Wednesday The Woman's Society of Chris tian Service of the Leslie Metho dist Church will meet Wednesday afternoon, Dec. 31 at 1:30 p. m. in the church parlors. A talk on Dea coness work and a chalk talk will be given .by Miss Clara Moore, formerly a deaconess worker in the Methodist Church. At the chancel were basket of white pom pom chrysanthemums, carna tions and greenery. The alternate pews were marked with clusters of the chrysanthemums and white ribbon. Wayne Meussey played the wedding music Exquisite was the bridal gown of chartiUy lace and satin. The bodice and sleeves were of lace with a V neckline fashioned with an inset of pleated nylon tulle. The skirt was designed with a wide scalloped lace panel down the front with a narrower panel of the lace extending down the back into the court train. On either side of the skirt in front was a two tiered flounce of pleated nylon tullei Her two tiered fingertip illusion veil cascaded from a Juliet cap of lace over satin embellished with seed pearls. She carried a loose cluster of white roses and bouvardla. Precede the Bride Five pretty attendants preceded the bride to the altar. Miss Marion Baum was her sister's honor maid and the Misses Rita Ragozzino, sis ter of the groom from San Mateo, Margery Woodworth, Eugene, Jean Burgess and Molly MuntzeL Port land, were bridesmaids. The honor attendant wore a waltz length gown of azure blue satin and carried American Beau ty roses. The bridesmaids' dresses were of rose wine satin and their bouquets were of pale pink roses tied with matching satin ribbon. The dresses were styled identical with full skirts and fitted bodices with vestees of pale pink pleated nylon tulle. They all wore mittsof the tulle tied with velvet ribbon and bandeaux of matching satin cording with a cluster of pale pink roses at one side. Their satin shoes matched their frocks. j Henry Stelling of San Mateo stood with Mr. Ragozzino as best man. Seating the guests were Ted Bum, brother of the bride, Rob ert Styles, Robert Carlson and Robert Holetz, all of San Mateo, j Mrs. Baum selected a handsome gown of Wedgewood blue faille with beaded lace yoke for her daughter's nuptials. She wore a matching lace stole and a corsage of shattered pink carnations. Mr. and Mrs. Ragozzino came north for their son's marriage and she wore a gown of aqua blue lace over taf feta with cocoa brown accessories. Her flowers were shattered white carnations. - j The newly weds greeted their guests at a large reception at the Candalaria home of the bride's parents on Prospect Place, with the couple receiving before the picture windows in the living room. A large group of matrons and maids assisted at the bride's table and about the rooms. The couple left for a Canadian honeymoon and for traveling the new Mrs. Ragozzino donned; a black faille coat style dress and oxford grey coat with black velvet trim. Her hat and gloves were flame red. She pinned a corsage! of shattered red carnations to her en semble. Ogle and John Howard IofLs, son of "Mrs. Frank Doxn- kowski. Dr. Seth R. Huntington of ficiated at the 8 o clock nuptials. Vera Esch was the soloist and Jean Hobson Rich the organist. The altar was banked with Christ mas greens and bouquets of white pom pom chrysanthemums tied with white bows. The alternate pews were marked, with candles and ribbons. Of white slipper satin was the bridal gown fashioned with an em broidered marquisette yoke with a stand-up collar on the bodice. The full skirt, which terminated in a cathedral train, was enhanced with a cascade of embroidered marquis ette down the front, Her lace and illusion veil was caught to a half crown edged with seed pearls. She carried a bouquet of white roses centered with a fuchsia throated white orchid. Four attendants walked before the bride, all wearing aqua satin gowns with nylon net overskirts, satin jackets and headdresses to match. They carried colonial nose gays of white snapdragons, hea ther and American Beauty roses. Miss Charlyn Ogle was her sister's honor maid and the bridesmaids were Miss Joan and Miss Suzanne Barnes and Mrs. William Loftis. Brother la Best Maa William Loftis stood " with his brother as best man. Seating the guests were Rollin Cocking, Rich ard Strong and -Thomas ScheideL For her daughter's wedding Mrs. Ogle wore a cornflower blue crepe gown with winter rose accessor ies. Mrs. Domkowski attended her son's marriage in a dusty rose lace and crepe gown. Their ' corsages were, cymbidium orchids. A reception was held in the fire place room f ter the nuptials. Mrs. Doris Frary and Mrs. Albert Boock presided at the coffee urns and cutting the cake were Mrs. Ches ter Waite, aunt of the bride, and Mrs. Carl B j orquist. Assisting were Misses Shirlee Newbry, Juanita McCurdy, Evelyn Martin, Sue Mc Elhinny, Lorraine Welling, Lois Archibald and Ann Klindworth. When the newlyweds left on their wedding trip the bride chan ged to a winter rose knit suit with beige boucle coat and dark brown accessories. David TurnbulL son of Mr. and Mrs. James'H. Turnbull of Salem. The nuptials were performed at the First Congregational Church at 4 o'clock with a reception following in the church parlors. The Rev. C. F. McCall officiated and Vernon Griffin was the solo ist Mrs. A. E. Gardner was the or ganist Jimmy Fowler and Richard Smith lighted, the candles. A Quistmas wreath was arranged at the back of the altar with bou quets of white snapdragons' and candles on either side. The bridal gosrn, fashioned on princess lines, was of white satin with chantilly lace 'overskirt ex tending down into the full court train.
