The church was organized in the present parsonage at 713 N. 2nd St. with IS charter members on Oct. 11, 1951, with the Rev. George Horton as founding pastor. Horton left ' because- of illness in January of this year. In May. the Rev. E. H. Duerksen was called. Since then U22 new members have been added. The Rev.
