Red Adams hurled the first game win for Portland, hading the Sacs' Glen Elliott. Lyman Linde" was the winner in the nightcap, though giving! way to Roy Welmaker in the eighth. ARGENTINE STAR DIES BUENOS AIRES Argentine tennis star Heraldo W. Weiss, 35, died early Sunday and was buried in the afternoon.
