It was the second straight ses sion in which prices toppled un der the pressure of widespread selling. The cause for the break was the same as Tuesday in general out line a deep-rooted feearishness topped by an excuse for selling. i Tuesday the generally ascribed reason for the immediate fall was brighter prospects for a truce in Korea.
