Yes, sir, that's what they say, though the identity of "they" has been kept a secret, and we challenge him to produce a single man,, who ever flipped a hotcake or tossed a salad that lacked for self confidence in his newly acquired talent. ' Some men, and the number is gaining, have a flare for cooking, and can whip up a Sunday dinner just like that, But the greater number of the stronger sex are weak in the kitchen. , Vf7 . There's nothing he can cook that's any more robust and masculine than a well seasoned soup or a luscious blend of ingredients cooked in a casserole and baked slowly to a luscious crispy brown. Teach your man the meaning of economy in the kitchen, we always say. Give him a three-dollar steak and, unless he produces charcoal, he's bound to make something of it. But see what he can do with pot roast. And remember give your man a three-dollar steak on Sun day, and you'll be starving the children on hamburger for a week. So Sunday will be National Husband in the Kitchen Day, so OK Merton," let's see what you can do to boost your self-confidence and become more familiar with the kitchen equipment, be cause as we told you, that's what they say the day is for.
