In line with this, the boy, at Cascade Airways have been busy transforming a Piper J-3 Cub into a powerful little bear. Tho result ia a J3 Cub with an ga horse power engine and a self starter. The airplane is designed to be used as an aerial ieep to get in and out of small places to ex plore the remote fishing spota this spring. It can land or take off in 200 feet. A tandem wheel ar rangement is being installed. Tht5 little bear looks innocent from the outside but its performance is sensational in those inaccessible places.
