Henery G. Carl Monday filed a complaint In Marion county circuit court seeking a judgment against the Veterans Living Memorial Build ing association and The Disabled American Veterans. Salem chapter 6. The complaint states that the former organization was known as Veterans Building association of Marion county Inc. from March until November of 1946. Carl, a local contractor alleges 1 he furnished materials and sup plied labor to the extent of $20,283 during the period of June 7, 1948 to November 4, 1948 on the build-' ing and that only $10,000 of this sum has been paid. According to the contract defendants were to ' pay 85 er cent of the value of! labor and materials each month as construction i progressed, the com plaint continues.
