Decision Set At Woodburn WOODBURN, Jan. 28 Pro posed plans for the new Methodist church will be on display at the church Sunday from 1:30 to 5 pm. A vote will be taken to deter - mine whether or not the plans will be accepted by the congre gation. Members of the WSCS will act as hostesses for the afternoon and will serve light refreshments. Mrs. Charles Buchanan, woman's society president, is in charge of arrangements.
