Plaque to Be Given The state chapter American War Mothers is presenting a plaque to the state of Oregon in memory of Mrs. Emilie G. Hend ricks, first War Mother of Oregon. The ceremony will take place in the hearing room at the eapitol building st 2 o'clock on the af ternoon of May 12.
