METER TAKE DOWN Total receipts for parking meters on the city's downtown treats were down slightly during the past week, according to fig ures ,Jrom the city treasurer's of fice. Of the $1,837.27 received from the meters last week, $664.22 was in pennies, $1,163.25 in ruckles and $9 80 in dimes. : The total was thought to beess be cause of the temporary removal of meters from High street dur ing widening 'work.
