Grain Forecast Causes Decline CHICAGO, May l(T-P)- Fore cast for a billion bushel wheat crop and unconfirmed trade ru mors that 'i'ie government might accept a later date for accept ance of cash wheat caused grains to decline sharply on the board ot trade today. j. The May wheat contract broke more than 5 cents at one time, but a short-covering movement at the close regained ail but a cent of this loss.
