Junior college have announced the election of Dr. Tyru Hillway, member of the claw of 1934 at Willamette university, at presi dent of the college. President Hill way, who at one time wan a high school teacher at the state school for the blind here, assumed his new duties February 15. New London Junior college is a privately controlled, non-profit, and non-sectarian coeducational college serving primarily the stu dents of southeastern Connecticut.
