Closing at the best levels of the session, wheat finished -lA cents higher than yesterday.. De cember 84-, May 83-M.. Buying was stimulated by strength of securities and by lm proved 'demand 'attributed to con suming interests, although no large scale . milling and baking trade was reported. Flour prices were advanced slightly in some lo calities. ' Pit brokers attributed much of the strength to reinstate s ment of lines recently told out to accept profits. They said the tech nical position of the market had ', "been improved considerably by the ' setback." ; " :- "". ' r ' ! " Although wheat futures are still several cents ' above basic loan rates, talk of redemption of grain under loan subsided as a result of the recent setback and belief wa expressed that sealing operations ' ' may have been stimulated. Trad ers said receipt of additional rain in Jhe southwestern hard winter wheat belt and good crop pros- " 'pects In . that'Vrea tended to 're strict .buying of -the July, -141, future, which lagged behind 190 crop contracts on the upturn. .
