Mrs. Delia Pal mer of disorderly conduct. At first Hanson pleaded Innocent and later asked to change that plea to one. of guilty. The court granted this. . Wednesday Mrs. Palmer came into the Justice court and asked Judge Alf O. Nelson to drop the charge as Hanson had apologised for the offense. The case was: dropped with Hanson paying court costs. In another case Mrs. Palmer charged Don Vearier with disor derly conduct to which be pleaded not guilty. - The date of trial has not yet been set. In a third angle to the case. The show was presented by Paul Kerr and Curtis Thompson of Portland. They claim the largest production of any magician on the coast.
