They were Henry Kordalewski. 18. Gilbert Morgan, 1, and Carl Teal, 18. All four men are under a wai rant tor arrest for larceny not In a dwelling in Wallowa county. Attend Livestock Tour W. C. The 10 acres of Jesse Gllkey will be harvested ly the same crew and dried at the new 28 by 28 foot tryer completed Monday ALBANY D a n I e 1 S. Davis, St, died at the family home, 1040 So. Cottage street. Tuesday morning. Mr. Davis had been an invalid following a stroke or paralysis some eight years ago. Funeral services were held Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock, from the Baptist church. Rev. Elmer Junker was In charge of the services: Burial was In - Riv erside cemetery, with the Fisher funeral home in charge or ar rangements. Daniel S. Davis was born De cember 10, 1848. in ClnnatL Ohio. Before : coming to Oregon in 1890, Mr. Davis had lived in Iowa as well as Ohio. He fol lowed farming until 1917 when he moved Into Albany where he has since made his home. During his active years, Mr. Davis was considered to be quite a horse man. On February 8. 1872. Mr. Dav is married Frances E. Smith at Polk City, Iowa. On February 8, this year, Mr. and Mrs. Davis celebrated their 65th wedding an niversary. Mr. Davis waa the last member of his family and be fore his death waa the eldest of five generations. He was a mem ber of the Baptist church. Surririnr is the widow, two sons and three daughters. The sons are Harry E. Davis of Hal- sey and Claude Davis of Albany. The daughters are Mrs. jonn Wllbanks and Mrs. Lyle Chance both of Halsey, and Mrs. . Theo dore Hofllch of Albany. He is also survived 5v 16 children, nine great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren. Martin Walters Funeral Is Today WOODBURN Martin Walters, 78, passed away Tuesday at the Woodburn hospital. He was born In Swltireland and came to Ohio when a young man, later going to Nebraska, where he waa first married in 1877. Thirteen chil dren were born to this union, two surviving. His first wife died In 1908 and in 1910 he mar rled Augusta Busch of Hanover, Germany. The one son born to them died in Infancy. He came to Woodburn in 1925 from Kansas. He is survived by the widow; two sons, Herman of Idaho and Fred of Kansas; step son. Bill A. Busch of Kansas; three brothers, Gootlieb, Rich ard and Solomon, al of Ohio. Funeral services will be held Friday at 2 p. m., from the Pres byterian church.
