Moores Are Back After Long Trip - After taking In a good portion of the western hemisphere Mr. and Mrs. Gus Moore returned to Salem yesterday from a honey moon trip and voyage that took them across the continent, to Cuba, Panama and back up through the Pacific to Salem. Moore, physical director of the Salem Y. M. C. A., returned to his duties there shortly after be ar rived in town Thursday. The Moores went from Salem to New Orleans, via Los Angeles and the Grand Canyon which Moore said was the .biggest hole In the. ground he'd ever seen. They saw cotton growing for the first time In the southern states and visited Washington, D.C. and other eastern cities. The Moores liked .Havana. Cuba, better than any other town they visited on their trip. Their trip through the Caribbean, us ually rough, was pleasant and no bad weather was encountered dur ing the whole voyage up the Pa cific coast.
