Spartans in Final Drill; Tickets Arc Sold Rapidly Each anxious for victory when they clash on Sweetland field at 8 o'clock tonight the Bearcats and the Spartans each vent through brief drills on Sweetland field yesterday afternoon in prepara tion for the coast's first football game of major proportions. Coach Dud DeGroot ran his squad of 25 through passing and pass defense drill and a bit of dummy scrimmage early in the afternoon. The Bearcats wound tip their two weeks of pre-season drill Immediately" afterward. Both squads showed lots of 'fire as they hurried through the final sessions before the ere of, their Intersection clash. Both coaches were hopeful of victory but eyed with apprehensireneas the huskies of the opposing squad.
