The Winlock Handle factory at Silver ton of which T. T. Leonard is president, is operating nnder the 35-hour blanket code of the N. R. A. which was approved Saturday at Portland at a Pacific coast gathering of handle manufactur ers. The blanket code will be au tomatically suspended as soon as provisions contained in the revis ed lumber code go into effect. The adoption of the blanket code has increased employment at the local factory by five men.
