It was contended by three Chi cago stations - WRCW. WMBB. and WOK that congress In the exercise of Its control over inter state commerce had exceeded its powers when it authorised the commission to refuse to renew li censes. WRCW was required to reduce Its power and. the other two stations were driven off the air.
