Mr. Horn will be married to Miss Helen Faust of Portland October 2 5.- " Tucker Gets Doer Earl Tucker with the Bechtel-Sears realty of fice, returned late Friday night from a hunting trip in southern Oregon below Grants Pass. He brought home plenty of deer meat. Mr. Tucker was accompanied south by Mrs. Tucker who visited her folks who live at Grants Pass. They ere gone almost a week. Robotham Yet Held There was considerable activity here Satur day in the county sheriff office when a petition for a writ of hab - eas corpus was filed In the case of .T. T. Robotham. .The position alleged that he was 'held without a proper warrant. Another war rant was obtained in short order, and the petition dropped. Robo tham is wanted in Tacoma on a charge of having taken a diamond ring belonging to Mrs. Clara Tho- man of that city, here thuraday. Meeting In Woodbnrn Wood- burn will be the scene of a repuD lican rally next Saturday night at which Gus Moser of Portland and Ronald Glover of Salem will speak. J. C. Perry, Marion coun ty chairman, says that the rally will be a Joint meeting for the north end of the county, with delegations present from Aurora, Hubbard and other points.
