With its 47 stories of jbright terra cotta surface dominating the new Wacker Drive, the Pure Oil structure is externally, a typical modern office building.' But it houses more than nere of flees. At the very core of the building, in the location . sometimes left as a court or light-well, fireproof par titions have been built, and a gar age installed, up to the 21st story. From the moment the owner shuts off his engine and .turns the car over to the garage, the parking operation is automatic. The auto is;lifted; by an elevator, and rolled to its proper stall by tilting floors.
