According' to Anderson and Wait, the tower, which is to be. of permanent construction with a foundation of concrete,, will pro ject into both streets, and 'that any future travel on the roads will be Impossible. Future bunding on the streets will also be hinder ed, they declare. . They maintain that they will be hampered in egress and ingress into their prop erty. - It is further stated that the tow er will be unsightly and will per manently Injure the value of the property in the neighborhood.
