Nellie Rambo Sanders, inmate of the state institution for the feeble minded, is being unlaw fully detained, according to the writ of habeas corpus filed yes terday by Theodore Henry Rambo, father, and George W. Sanders, husband of .the woman. The Rambo girl escaped about Christ mas time from the state institu tion and later married Sanders, with whom she' lived at the Van couver 'Barracks for a few weeks before being recaptured.
