The offenders were arrested by officers under T. A. Rafferty, state traffic chief. E. D. Wood of Portland pleaded guilty and was fined $15. Albert Hofford and Ira Roach were fined $15 and $20 respectively. H. E. Baloh of Salem pleaded not guilty and his trial was set for next Thursday.
