Half of Armenian-Syrian Quota Raised While Salem Is pretty well along with its quota "or Armenian-Syrian relief the other points in Marion county have not done as well. Of the $3000 quota outside of Salem only about half has been pledged. The quota for the entire state 1? $184,000 and the state committee expects to raise it. All over the United States the ap peal is being emphasized and the cause is attracting contribution from the country's best citizens.
