Parent-Teachers Protest Against Reckless Drivers The death of ore pedestrian and the injuring of three others along Foster road, between 52d end 7 2d streets, in the last 10 days have aroused the Parent-Teacher associations of Arleta and Creston schools to consternation and caused them to make strong ap peals to the police. Foster road was paved only recently along this stretch and only one side of the road has been opened. The as sociations complain that drivers along this road seem particularly reckless, and that no one is safe in alighting from a street car or crossing the street. Fears are felt that school children will yet be among the victims. The intersection -of Foster road, Powell valley road and 50th is said to be particularly bad.
