Vilas of Medford baa brought suit In the federal court against the : Fidelity Sc Casualty com pany of New York to collect J5000 life Insurance carried by her husband, J, Stilwell . Vilas, who died July S. 1921. Mrs. Vilas alleges that .all the condi tions of the policy were complied with by her husband and that all premiums had been' paid- in. full Up to the time of his death.
