Tha formal announcement does not Indicate dates upon which the six con certs that constitute the season will b riven" but they will be at the Hellig; theatre. The personnel of tha orchestra will be practically the same as last sea son and Carl Denton will be tha con ductor. This will be the orchestra's eleventh season and Indications are that It will be a brilliant one. Before an audience that filled the Beaverton hlffh school v auditorium Wednesday night the male quartet of Pacific university, assisted by the ladies' quartet of Beaverton and Mrs. Beth Sawyer,, soloist, eatertatned with a col lection of songs and burlesque that evoked continued applause. The enter tainment was arranged by Willi Cady, local merchant and, Pacific university graduate, who is a member of the quar tet and accompanist for the ladles' quar tet of Beaverton. Members of the local ladles" quartet are Delia Allen, first so prano and soloist ; Edna Hulbert, second soprano: Edna Hocken, first alto, and -Alpha Williams, second alto. Tha Pa cific university quartet Is composed of Francis Taylor, first tenor ; Willis Cady, second tenor; Arthur Jones, baritone and soloist, and W. D.
