The Liberty theatre at the ! present time has eighty canaries. each of which boasts its own pet name, For merly a half dozen trout lived in the Liberty fountain and each trout had, its own particular patron.- Preceding the ' trout in the Liberty, fountain .were, two pet alligators of. small dimensions. C. & Jensen was ; presented -with a small bear cub last winter, which for several weeks before Its presentation 'to ; the city park -was a guest of the Liberty. Frank Lacey, manager of the Majestic, has a pet cat. .
