THE OREGON DAILY JOURNAL, PORTLAND, OREGON. 17 Milwaukie Ring Smoker to Draw Big Crowd Portland Manager Likes TUESDAY, DECEMBER 21, 1920. Local Recruit Battlers In irooaonape For Contest JOB BENJAMIN, knockout king of 1920, and Heinle Sehuman, hi oppon ent In the 10-raund main event at Mil waukie Wednesday night., finished up their hard training Tuesday afternoon. Sehuman will do light work today to keep him at the 14 0-pound mark, and Benjamin will rest up, being perfectly satisfied with his condition and hla weight Benjamin barely quivered the scales at 135 ifcmnds after Tuesday's workout. BRAS NON GO RECALLED Talk of the kind of battle Sehuman will put up again against Benjamin is mere speculation. Heinle will have to knockout youth. In Heinle's former fights here he has aldays crowded his opponents. That also always hag been Benjamin's' style of attack. If the two boys stick to this style, something Is liable to pop before the 10 rounds have paused their Juvenile days. No light weight In the last year has ever carried the fight to Benjamin and survived the attack. Witness what happened to the clever Kddie Shannon when he attempted it. Eddie was cuckooed a few moments after the opening bell ' and never re gained -full consciousness until he left the state. , JOE WORKED HARD strenuous training work with the shifty Alex Trambitas, who is somewhere near Bchuman's weight, and Alex Is authority for the fact that Benjamin has a pile driver concealed somewhere about his person. . : ' ri was never in such perfect shape as I am today, and I was never rutting nan so hard." said Benjamin.
