YOAKUM RESIGNS AS HEAD OF FU2ET SALES DIVISION Business affairs of a personal nature, which have assumed wider proportions because of the death, of . his father at Los Anxeles recently, have prompted C (X.Toal(um, In charge of the affairs of the division of supply and sales, Emerg ency FJeet corporation, west of the Rockies," to tender his resignation " to officials at Washington. Ue intends to eo to the family home at Lxa Angeles and devote his efforts toward Southern California interests, W. C. Hunter of New Orleans has been named to euo- ceed him.
