(U. : P. Rail road brothedhood heads may appeal to President Wilson i to hasten decision of the railroad labor board on wage cases now before it. W. N. '- Doak 'blamed the delay of the board In heading down its decision for the un authorised walkout of railroad men in Philadelphia and Baltimore. Doak conferred last night with the "representatives of the Baltimore strik ers and declared that "he is hopeful that the men there will return to work today. Wilmington, Del.. June 21. (X. N. a) The strike of the railroad yardmen -spread to Wilmington today. After an all-night meeting 100 yardmen, mostly employed by the Pennsylvania railroad. quit work. : . RACE RIOTS BREAK .
