Secretary of Labor Asks Appropriation For Deporting Reds Washington. Jan. 7. (I. N. S.) Sec retary of Labor Wilson on Tuesday asked congress for a deficiency appro priation of 11.719.131. He asked $1,000, 000 for enforcement of laws against alien anarchists, $150,000 for deportation of aliens and $300,000 for the Immigra tion service. Aroused by the dan ger of the radicals deported by the United States invading Britain. Scotland Yard is making extensive plans to avert It All "anarchists" will be met at the docks and officers will closely examine alt passengers coming from America and intending to get off at British ports. Ab solute proof must be furnished by all those that they have a right to be at liberty. There Is no law, according to a Scot land Yard official by which a British subject can be refused admittance in this country. It Is said there are a number of extremists of British nationality among the 6500 arrested, or to be ar rested, by the United States authorities. "The British authorities are thoroughly alive to the danger in the situation," said my Informant. "The deported persons will be under surveillance from .the very moment they land. We do not want the same things to happen here that hap pened in America if we can help it." Nothing is known here of a plot to flood the continental countries with spurious money, there being actually very little counterfeit British money In existence, according to officials of the Bank of England. "It is known definitely, however, that the Russian presses are producing mil lions of pounds worth of forged British notes, and that much of this fake money is now in circulation in Russia, where British currency, next to the American dollar, is the standard' exchange money.
