It is proposed to gain control of Lettland and Eathonla and effect the restoration of old Russia by Christmas, when an at temptfwill be made to form a German Russian alliance against the entente. The News dispatch says reports that Von der Golts plans to adysnce on Rigs are confirmed by an appeal from Gen eral Yuden'.tch, antl-Bolshevlk leader, asking General Bermonte to hasten to Narva, 11 miles southwest of Petrograd.
