Considerable excite ment was aroused in Albany Wednes day when 10-year-old Frances Sparling was picked up by a man in an automo bile and taken out of town. Sheriff Kendall was advised that she had been kidnapped. . The little girl was staying with friends while her mother was cook ing for a threshing crew. Practically all my strength left me and I lost weight until I was almos a shadow. - "My condition finally got so bad they sent for my mother in Oregon to come here and stay with me and when she got here I was down in bed, hardly able- to raise my head from the pillow. Mother said she had several friends in Oregon who had taken Tanlac with wonderful results and she got me a bottle of the medicine. It seemed to help me from .the very start and in a few days I started to get hungry Then I began eating nourishing food and could feel my strength rapidly return ing. I began to sleep soundly and would wake up in the mornings feeling rested and refreshed and I soon was able to walk about the house. I 1m ' proved every day and now I feel simply fine, have a splendid appetite and can eat anything I want and enjoy it with out any bad after; effects. As I said before, I have actually gained 33 pounds and for the first time In many months I am able to do my own housework without any trouble. I ' now feel so happy over roy wonderful improvement . that I Just get out in the yard with my two children and romp and play with them and enjoy it thoroughly.
