The stats tax commission has held that a special school tax levied at a meeting . held March 28, 1915, is subject to the lim itations imposed by Chapter. 169. laws of 1915, which became a law May 22, 1915. The commission take the view that Chapter 159 applies to all tax levies which will be extended on the 1915 as sessment rolls, regardless of any such levy having been voted or ordered be fore any particular date.
