In the second con test the East Side Redmen showed their heels to the West Side Monarchs, winning, 11 to 2. Richard Maxmeyer was on the mound for the Sellwood team. He pitched great ball, allowing but six binaries, but two of them being clean swats, and whiffing: 18 batters.
