Bankers Approve Award of Bonds , Portland bankers j generally approved the. award yesteroay uy the board of county commissioners of .the entire road bond Issue of $1,250,000 to Henry Teal, representing a syndicate of Bos ion bond buyers, j Mr. Teal's bid was the highest one ; submitted for the full issue, carrying premium of $20,625, making the total amount available $,270,625. The bonds are serial bonds and will draw five per cent Interest. The bonds will be is sued in denominations of $1000 and delivery- will be made by the county as soon as possible.
