Being charged with wronging twin girls, Alameda and Alvada Mee, aged 18 years, of this city, Harry Argetslnger of Albany, husband of the woman who was brutally mis treated by two men In that city a short time ago, was bound over by Judge Wells of the Eugene Justice court, yes terday, and placed under $2000 bonds.
