Last Tuesday morning Poch was Killed by young Gaylor during an altercation that lasted all night, in which Mc Daniel s says Poch accused him of im proper relations with his own mother. McUanlels shot Poch In the barnyard at a ranch owned by Poch, about three miles east of Prinevlllei about 3:30 O'clock Tuesday morning. Poch had recehtly married McDan lei's mother.
