For mayor, J. M. Martin defeated B. A. Hunaaker, the incumbent,- by 61 to 36. For recorder. C A. Nelson polled ?0 votes, E. Bond one and Mrs. McNabb's Newfoundland dog one. - E. J. Fairbanks was elected treasurer over O. A. Kirby, by SO to 35. For councllman-at-largo, William Davis defeated C. A. Strong, re ceiving 52 votes to S3 for his opponent In-ward One, J- F. Hoover received II votes to 1 for W. Berdlne, the let ter's name having been written, on the ticket. In ward Two, C A. Ptelzer received 17 votes, E. Benton S3, R. Tats II and A. A. Piper 7 votes.
