Williams, who shot and killed Thomas Miller near O'Nell Thurs day, will be examined before a magis trate of Prlnevllle Monday. Williams la not under restraint A warrant haa been Issued for his arrest and he will be apprehended aoon by the sheriff. He shot and killed Miller, whom he waa bringing to Prlnevllle on a .charge of stealing soma hama from the cook house of the Oregon Trunk of Opal City when Miller attempted to escape. There 'were aeven witnesses to the shooting of Miller. Deputy Sheriff Williams will probably ba allowed hla freedom under heavy bonds until the grand Jury meets in October.
