Tha veaael haa been undergo ing repairs at Coos Bay which delayed her schedule 10 days. She leaves her for Caos Bay tomorrow and will return so aa to resum. her broken schedule by leaving here again on May 1. On the trip up the coast. Captain Tyler reports that his vessel waa almost eontlnuoualy In heavy weather, wast- lleved that conditions would chang erly and northwesterly winds, with heavy aeaa prevailed all the way mak ing tha trip up aa unpleasant one. She will relocate the bnOy at Clackamaa Rapids today and will probably arrive here tomorrow.
