Charging that Stoddard WestfftU, a. prlvato detective, had harassed hsr and lier son until she "fi on the yerga of nervous' prostration, Mrs. 'Althea Wal ker, beneficiary of an estate of more than $1,000,000, was on the stand "in the municipal court this morning to testify ftgalnst Westfall," who svas arrested yesterday tr "shadowing" them. After she and her- son had give their testi mony the case , went ovr until to morrow, when Westfall expects to have witnesses here from Seattle. A Mrs. Walker and the son left for Salt Lake City to answer a, citation to ap pear before the federal Court , there in a legal battle ovef the estate. I ordered the chauffeur to stop at a store, and he also stopped.
