Freight; May Go to Japanese Port. ; After having made the run from Ant werp to San Francisco under Ideal con ditions, the Norwegian steamer Titania encountered fearful waather on her last. ' The.Titania docked at the North Bank wharf this morning and will begin dis charging 2000 tona of general freight tomorrow or possibly late this after noon, when the vessel has entered through the collector of customs' office. The ateamer discharged 4500 tons of freight at San Francisco, -and-ibestuff brougnt here consists largely of struc tural Iron and whiskey. It cornea con signed to Balfour, Guthrie A Co, .
