SAYS COUNTY SHOULD ; KEEP BOULEVARDS Claiming that the - improvement' of the boulevard aystem on the Peninsula with hard surface pavements under the present city plan would be a burden on the property owners, the Peninsula De velopment league last night went on record as being opposed to the taking over of the boulevards by the-city, and will try to get the county to retain title to them, r i,, i" '. ! ' The city coun cil disregarded the wishes of the league and of every, other club on the Penin sula when It adopted a minority report of the street committee, but It Is hoped that the county commissioners will listen to the club and retain title to the boulevards. ?
