Nothing but a civil suit has been filed against him, ana he claims that he should be released. s Schwarti and Sneve had their deal ings in Marlon county, and Schwarti left Silverton about 2 o'clock on the afternoon of December 16. leaving in structions for his baggage to be sent to Portland after him.
