Brown, alleging that he de serted her after 6 years of married life. The defendant is a draftsman in the employ of the O. W. P. company, and they were married in Ontario, Canada, in 1880. The defense of the company Is that Smith himself wu negligent because he sent the porter of the car tome distance to purchase a ticket and that the suitcase disappeared while the latter was gone.
